Training Description
The training serves as an introduction to programming language as a tool for data management and analysis of public health data. In particular:
- data exploration
- data cleaning
- data munging
- data analysis
- data visualization
Expected outcomes
- Become familiar with R
- Be able to load, clean, transform, summarize and visualize data
- Produce meaningful data insights
- Automate R processes and analysis
